The Global Vista Business Consulting client base spans a number of market sectors, including the agriculture, energy, manufacturing, and food industries. We customize our approach to reduce cost while helping the client achieve more efficient operations. We are currently working on a variety of projects:
- Helping a European manufacturer, currently exporting to 55 international markets, to enter the U.S. market. Global Vista has analyzed the U.S. market and the competitors' offerings, developed and implemented a market access strategy, and assisted the client during the product certification phase in order to comply with U.S. and Canadian regulations. We also identified and negotiated a cooperative agreement with a U.S.-based company that now imports and sells products manufactured by this European client. Global Vista is currently working with the U.S. partner in its efforts to develop a distribution network in North America. In a year, we have found 15 distributors in 15 different states. In addition, Global Vista is leading the next phase of the project, which includes selecting a partner that will partially manufacture and assemble the product in the U.S.
- Supporting the growth and expansion of high-end food producers in key U.S. locations. Global Vista is assisting clients with defining and implementing sales strategies for key retailers. Global vista is currently assisting a European investor, who is looking to implement a relatively new retail proposition in the food sector, in defining its business strategy and offerings.
- Assisting a leading international manufacturer to re-shape its relationship with its importer in the U.S. and to enter the Brazilian market. Global Vista helped its client, a manufacturer of technology products for furniture and household appliances, to improve its relationship with their importer and advised the management in regard to specific business decisions related to market development. Thanks to the work done by Global Vista, the client has seen its turnover in North America increase by more than 45% in 2010 compared to the previous year. Following the results achieved thus far, the client has asked Global Vista to analyze the Brazilian market, to assist them in defining a market access strategy, and to develop business relations with potential partners. Global Vista has identified a strong partner in Brazil that is now importing and selling the client's products in the Brazilian market. Global Vista is also assisting the client with other corporate activities.
- Assisting a startup company in the IT sector in defining its business proposal. Global Vista is helping the owner of the company to finalize the business plan and its market offerings. The company has now received funds from a business incubator in Canada. Global Vista is assisting the company in implementing its international sales strategy.
- Assisting a U.S.-based foundation to define an educational program in a European country. In particular, Global Vista has defined and implemented a contact program targeting representatives of international and national organizations with the objective of creating bilateral relationships between the foundation and its partners and the international and national organizations in the host country. In addition, Global Vista has assisted the foundation in resolving some organizational elements of the program, which has resulted in significant financial savings.
